Emergency Maintenance Care

We understand that all new homes need time to settle in and will require routine maintenance care, which is why we offer a three-month maintenance period to help you look after your new home. Our team will also make sure to check in with you before your three-month anniversary which will give you an opportunity to provide a list of maintenance items that need to be repaired. We will then book in a suitable time to inspect all the items and make sure everything is fixed and addressed.
